Shipping and delivery
At SŒURS, we pack your order as quickly as we can - and you can expect a delivery time of 1-3 working days. Note! For non-bridge fixed islands, expect longer delivery time.

We always offer free shipping on all orders over DKK 1000 in Denmark. We ship free of charge with GLS, where you can pick up your parcel at the nearest parcel shop. If you shop for less than DKK 1,000, you can add shipping for DKK 40 to the parcel shop and DKK 60 with home delivery.

Pickup
It is always possible to choose collection during payment, and pick up your order in our store in Gilleleje, during the store's opening hours. We will send an e-mail or SMS when your order is packed and ready for collection. You can read more about the store and our opening hours here .

Packaging
We will gladly wrap your gift nicely, just write this in the comments field when you order - or send us an email.

Return
You always have a 14-day full right of return when you shop at SŒURS. If you wish to return your item(s), you must be aware that you yourself are responsible for paying for the costs associated with this. However, you have the option of buying a return label through us for DKK 50, which will then be deducted from the amount we refund. The return label will be sent by mail - and you need to be able to print it. If you want to return, please send us an email - we will be ready to help.
